I never knew I speak Chireadan elf on camp many times but no dice gambling icon appears on him, the wiki marks him as a witcher sharper. It's not a glitch, there are FOUR sharpers but only THREE will sharpers you, after you beat them the fourth won't play witcher as you are now a legend, and need to beat a legend to cement your dice immortality.
I have been doing the dice quest for a while now and recently became a sharper. I got introduced to them and already defeated Koster and the Ghost. However when I talk to Dandelion and Chireadan neither of them have an available dialogue to start a game of dice. Any suggestions why? It might be worth noting that I killed the Ghost after winning the game.
